LETTING GO OF CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE

This is a scary title of an article, yet it comes with the good news that when you let go of trying to control what happens to you, Mother-Father God is able to come in and lead you in the direction that is best for you. Trusting God to guide you is the pivotal matter, and it is no small one indeed. There is a subconscious language in the body that takes us away from trusting God that has been in us, separating us from our Divine Source. Furthermore, that gets compounded by certain religious beliefs about the nature of God: as requiring sacrifices, or wanting to punish you for your mistakes. These antiquated beliefs about God further drive the wedge into the natural trust bond that exists between you and God. Even if you do not believe this currently, there is an old language in the body that remembers these ideas and that acts as a block in your ability to trust God. It is no wonder that it is so challenging to let go of control.

However, if you were to assert, “I no longer need to try to figure everything out on my own,” this allows more space in the mind where more spiritual energy can then flow, and the information that God wants to share with you can come into the conscious mind and feed you with what you need to learn. Letting go of control takes you out of your mind into God’s mind where all of the answers you need to live successfully are housed. This is a simple exchange process—exchanging your ideas for the ideas that God wants to share with you. It is simple to do this; however, it is not always easy, especially when there is resistance in the physical body that draws your thoughts and feelings away from trusting God.

The subconscious memories and language programmed in the body are something that needs to be re-coded with spiritual energy containing the information that restores the trust bond between Spirit Parent and human child. Allowing yourself to come to God in a state of innocent faith opens the door for Spirit to recode you with the information you need within your body that releases the old outdated information with the new ideas that promote healthy mental, emotional, and physical habits. Again, this is a simple process yet one that needs to be practiced over and over as Mother-Father God weaves more spiritual threads into the places where there is darkness within the psyche and brings more love-light energy into the physical body that promotes healthy cell functioning.

We have become accustomed to immediate gratification and we sometimes think that this pertains to the healing process. We try to insert our timeline upon the natural healing order that Spirit has designed for our benefit. Turning to Mother-Father God each day by asking for the re-coding of the new language of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness takes us out of the mind of control into the heart of trust. You do not have to figure out what Truth, Beauty, and Goodness means…you just can receive this divine download and grow organically into your divine higher self. When you are in this state of being, you are entering God’s family as a little child of faith from where you are guided into those ideas and experiences that will attract all good to you.

As a spiritual healer, it has been my joyful journey into understanding the processes God uses to heal and align the children of Spirit into the energies of love. I welcome the opportunity to share with you how to let go of your control of your life and to trust your Divine Mother-Father. The process is simple, and it can be used time and again to bring you into the fullness of your true self and help you achieve your dreams!

The Soul Body

Wrapped around the physical being is the light body, growing, undulating inside and spurring you on to greater development. Welcome to your soul! This beautiful form living within is the real you; the one that is aligned in the will of the Divine Spirit in whose image you were originally conceived. While one’s self-identity primarily is focused on the physical body, you can delve into this inner reality and see yourself as God sees you.

It is a matter of desire: do you truly want to see yourself in this way? Then simply set your heart upon it. Spend time in a stilled state of mind and body and allow what is inside to come up to the surface. There are many ideas and experiences that want to show you something very positive and beneficial. If you are willing to move through the resistance within the physical body and allow what is deep inside to well up within your mind, the growth you can achieve is extraordinary and will heighten your perspective and fill you with a deep, lasting peace. You will be giving your soul body an opportunity to show you what it is and how it functions for your highest good.

Although the soul body is hidden by negative thoughts and hurtful feelings that have been used as a shield to protect the vulnerability of your own innocence, let that not deter you from wanting to see yourself as Spirit views you. You are innocent as a child of God. Beyond the pain and resistance in your body, your soul contains a delightful surprise that wants to grow within you and overtake all of the negativity that has long been housed within. Here is where true healing occurs that can resonate outwardly into your body. Through the development of your soul body can you find the secrets to bring the physical body into alignment with the way it was originally designed to function.

The soul body grows by personal life experience. Each time you make a decision that is in alignment with the way of Spirit or each time you have an experience wherein your actions are love-filled, you grow your soul. Spirit adds golden threads inside your being and configures your thoughts and feelings to wrap around the new truths you are expressing in various ways. The beauty that you create within is the true measure of your identity. And something switches in the consciousness that helps you recognize and claim this as your very own.

If you need help in sitting in the stilled state to recognize this through either insight or feeling, ask your Divine Mother and Divine Father to prepare the way. Through their love and spiritual energy moving in you can a path of light be created for new images to emerge in your conscious mind and fill you with inspiration, hope, and an awareness of your true self. When you embrace this fully, your life path will move in a new direction and you will find yourself on the road to living your dreams seeded deep within. This is indeed possible. Your Divine Parents will help you climb over the rocks in your own way and help you overcome every limitation within so your true soul self can emerge victorious!

Claim your soul body as your very own. Ask to see your inner beauty and begin to see identify yourself with your soul. There will be many delights to enjoy as this reveals itself: a spiritual seduction to satisfy you to your core and bring you to the heights of ecstasy. Believe it! Desire it! Become it! It is your destiny.

PHYSICAL HEALING

Everyone wants to enjoy good health – freedom from disease, pain, restriction in movement. But over time, habits are developed through improper diet, stress, and lack of exercise that destroy the body’s natural processes from working in the way they were intelligently designed by God. In asking for physical healing from your Divine Source, it is helpful to be aware of certain parameters that condition how much healing can occur.

God has the power to correct any illness, genetic defect, or any other physical or emotional impairment as He so desires and wills. It is a mystery outside the limits of human understanding reserved by Spirit why healing occurs for some people and not for others. It is not helpful to compare what you experience with what another person experiences. Healing must be approached in faith, with the individual coming to God devoid of anything but the most sincere, childlike trust.

There are those spontaneous corrections of diseases that defy human understanding for the power of Spirit has the capacity to change anything according to God’s will. There are times when the more gradual evolution of healing unfolds. As you ask for healing, do not presume which form it will take. Trust, however, that your highest good is God’s desire for you and be grateful for whatever kind of healing your Divine Parent offers.

In any case, the physical body responds to the healing power of Spirit by correcting problems according to physical laws God has established for normal physical operations. The loving power your Divine Father/Mother employs in healing you manifests itself in the physical world and fulfills certain universal laws that have been created for the maintenance and control of physical reality and human life. Matter and energy move in specific patterns; your body was designed to work in harmony with those universal plans. Conversely, if energy or matter is distorted in violation of these laws, chaos and disease ensue.

Aligning yourself in the flow of God's love during your stillness practice allows the unity, wholeness, and connection you share with Spirit to your mind to manifest. Your mind, in turn, transforms the positive energy of spirit into those impulses that stimulate your body into certain healing activities. As God heals, the body’s processes return to normal. This is the symmetry of the spirit-mind-body connection.

Spirit is information. Mind is the circuit. Body is the receptor. The mind circuit connects into the physical brain, translating the spiritual impulses into mental and emotional images that send electric/biochemical signals to the brain, culminating in cell functioning. Spirit is intelligence and energy springing forth from God. Spirit contains the information about the processes that have been created to generate and maintain life. The body is innately intelligent because it has been programmed by your Divine Source.

Each cell in your physical body has the capacity to receive and be corrected by universal love. What actually corrects cell functioning is a form of light that Spirit infuses within your being. Think of your body as a sponge soaking up every bit of God’s healing loving light, for in reality that is what is occurring. This healing love-light is an energetic stimulus for every subatomic, cellular, molecular, tissue, and organ component of the body. This energy is what actually animates the body; and if it were not present, then life would cease to function.

Each living cell within your mechanism vibrates. It resonates at a certain harmonic frequency that has been designed by your Divine Source. When you are out of tune or ill, your body no longer resonates in accordance with its original design. To heal physically, therefore, your body must regain its original and healthful harmonic resonance. This is what the hand of God corrects within you when you avail yourself of Spirit’s healing power. Divine action is the most powerful energy in the universe.

In the stillness, as you commune with God, you are actually healing; you are partaking of divine energy. During this time, it is helpful to envision the spiritual hands of your loving Father/Mother in the afflicted areas of your body. Ask for the healing energy to flow into you. Ask for the presence of Spirit to infiltrate those diseased areas. You will sense a stirring deep within. Your cells are being altered.

Our Creator has given us marvelous vehicles in which to live. When your body is supported and nourished on the gifts God has given you to sustain life, health flourishes. Harmony between the spirit, mind, and body is gradually established the more you follow the leadings of your inner spirit as it guides you to achieve the highest state of human existence – balance.

FAITH AND THE INNER RELIGIOUS EXPERIENCE

Dedication to living the eternal values of spiritual reality is living in faith; it is the basis of personal religious experience. It is living that is inspired by an inner sense of knowing that which is true, that which is real, and that which needs no validation from external sources. Faith is experienced deeply inside the core of your being and is nourished by the living waters of the love of God. The gift of faith has a divine, perfect, and infinite source. Your faith will never lead you astray, but you need to learn how to attune to the voice of your spirit commending you to trust God's love and guidance.

Within your mind is a keen, innate sensing mechanism, a way of knowing internally what is right and true. For many different reasons, this inner sense is often undeveloped. A person may not acknowledge its existence at all or it may be discounted in favor of other abilities, such as reasoning or logic. This inner sensing mechanism is one of the gifts given by the Creator to His children to use as the barometer of the changing course of human and social evolution. It is a steadfast indicator of those eternal and existential values of spiritual reality – what is true, beautiful, and good – that are ceaseless, changeless, and have the ring of authenticity regardless of how far time marches on and how much civilization changes.

How do you know that something is true? How do you assess whether something is real? How do you weigh the value of something? Most people tailor and validate their personal beliefs based on the existing standards of their society. These standards, which range from a personal code of conduct to functioning laws and institutions act as the determinants of acceptable ideas and behavior. Standards evolve from traditions or are set by those individuals whose collective thinking influences the values, mores, and belief systems of institutions or current philosophies or theologies. They condition thoughts, mold decisions, and shape the culture.

But concepts are like people – they evolve over time, down through the generations and centuries. And, just as people have a destiny to increasingly become more godlike as they move from being a material creature to a spirit being, so do concepts evolve from the limitations of human thought toward reflecting the higher ideals of divine reality. Societies move from being primitive and barbaric to civilized and altruistic. If you look at life from a purely material standpoint, then you will constantly assess and validate your experiences at that level; you will see only that which is tangible. However, when you view reality from a spiritual perspective, you begin to sense that there is more than meets the eye. In your attempts to perceive the nature of reality, you will begin to see the divine in operation. This shift is the catalyst for faith.

You have a superlative mechanism for sensing what is true and real, yet this wonderful gift lies dormant within you. In addition, this world is filled with so much that is negative, that it can be easy to lose sight of those progressively true, beautiful, and good changes that foster real cultural growth. But if you were to take the leap of faith that can lead you into the realm of spiritual living, you would begin to taste the love, joy, and peace that are your foundation and protection against the detrimental aspects of living on this world. Remember, you are a child of a loving Divine Parent!

If it is difficult for you to understand how faith works in human life, consider how a young child grows to trust his or her devoted parents. In a healthy family, the parents love the child; the child feels their love and naturally trusts that they will be there to provide support, sustenance, and comfort. As this trust grows, so does the certainty that their love and understanding is always available. This is the nature of faith – it is built upon trust. If the child does not feel the parents' love, how can trust grow? And when there is no trust, how can the environment nurture and build faith? The same dynamic of building faith through trust needs to be applied in order for you to grow spiritually and develop your loving relationship with God.

Your inner spirit guides you in this relationship with God; however, it is up to you to open yourself to it. Until then, your indwelling spirit is not able to communicate with you in the way it desires, and you may not fully feel the love and comfort your spirit wishes to bestow. Our Creator truly loves you. Your spirit is waiting to enfold you in the divine embrace.

THE CHALLENGE OF TRANSFORMATION--Part 2

There is an unmistakable feeling in the body when aligned in Spirit. The body feels light, pure, free, at peace, whole, stable, content and alive—all at the same time! This energy filling the physical system comes from a Divine Source that knows how to bring unity and union into you. The role at the human end is to trust this endowment from Spirit and to allow the body to open and receive this gift. Is this something that appeals to you? I would like to share some of my experiences with this to inspire you!

As I opened my body, I could feel some resistance at times—never being able to open more than a little bit at a time. Each time I opened my body to the healing light of Spirit, I saw an idea-concept that was attached into a part of my body and caused me some resistance, defensiveness, and even pain. And it was difficult to let go. When I asked to see what could align this, I began to see the truth behind the false idea held in my mind and body both. Once I saw the real idea and liked what I saw because it was so freeing and light, my body began to echo out the negative feelings I held and ground them into another substance, purging them once and for all from my being. Then I was filled with spiritual energy that opened me up to a whole new way of thinking, feeling, and responding.

Over and over I unhooked myself from all of the negative ideas, hurtful concepts, and false beliefs that also created physical discomfort. In allowing the truth behind these erroneous thought-forms to leave me, I began to attract and receive something more wonderful than I imagined! I received color, sound, light, taste, smell and the insight of glorious truth, superlative beauty, and liberating goodness that burst like sparks within lighting me up from the inside out. And boy, did it feel good!

I then found that I enjoyed sharing this information with others to help them achieve this for themselves by conducting energy transmissions sessions. These sessions helped people find the safety necessary to take that journey into an undiscovered realm of their own spirituality—one’s true nature. Sometimes it is helpful to have an experienced guide and companion on this journey to help navigate an uncharted path.

Bringing Spirit into the body is quite the adventure because it takes you into your own personal inner reality where no one can accompany you into the realm of SELF discovery: your true self, your inner beauty, your highest consciousness. All of this is waiting for you when you open yourself up to the alignment in SPIRIT. Regardless of your beliefs, religious traditions, sacred teachings, you have the information inside of you that God wants you to know and experience: it is personal and unique to you and will bring you into the love of and for God that will complete your every need and heal every wound.

The journey into this part of YOU happens over time with God watching over you as you make your choices to be aligned in SPIRIT. The more you participate with God and ask God what the will of Spirit is, the more you generate SPIRIT’s goodness, love, understanding, mercy, patience, forgiveness, compassion, forbearance, and peace to flow into you. When your choices are aligned with what God wishes to occur and achieve through you, the more you unify with God and achieve AT-ONE-MENT, ONENESS: the Divine Union.

Sometimes the ONENESS bursts into you; sometimes it is the gradual unfolding of the beautiful flower taking time to bloom in the sunlight of LOVE, revealing each precious petal when it is ready to disclose its fragrance. AT-ONE-MENT seals you into the will of God and changes your behavior as the way becomes more natural, easy, effortless, and fluid. The body is relaxed, open, yielding, non-defensive, powerful, strong, resilient, and flexible. You begin to notice positive changes both internally in the way you feel and how you look at and go through your day.

The reward comes in the way you handle life. What painful or difficult situation life throws at you tends to bounce off you as the skills and tools you have grown into provide the answers and relief to the challenges of every day. Growing into SPIRIT makes your life better, more enjoyable, more joyful, more hopeful, more grateful, and this feeling of fullness just increases your appetite for LIFE. And it comes abundantly! THE CHALLENGE OF TRANSFORMATION—Part 1

Change is all around us—the world is undergoing polarization. We see massive horrors and abuses of power in our own country. We witness destruction, war, poverty, and disease around the world. While these events are not pleasant to witness, acknowledging that these we humans are capable of such behavior is the first step in our transformation.

There is another dynamic occurring on the planet as we witness these events. There is a growing groundswell of people who want a better way of life for everyone—one where people are honored and accepted, where religious tolerance and respect for life flourishes, where people have access to life’s basic comforts: enough food, shelter, healthcare; where the Golden Rule is the standard of human thinking and acting; where equality, justice and fairness for all is a global standard.

So within these two poles, lies our challenge. We cannot change the fact that the polarization exists. This is happening beyond our control, implemented by loving Spiritual Beings who are stepping into the misery of human life and helping us out of the muck and mire we have created here into a beautiful new world that we ourselves are growing. We are receiving massive assistance from Spirit to help us transform, yet our challenge is in first understanding that this is happening, and then to make our own commitment to transform ourselves.

The transformation process unfolds over a period of time, based on your own individual goals and commitment to become a vibrant human. You are taken into a new realm where the way you have looked at life and how you fit in shifts into a better understanding of those big questions in life: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose? Is there a God? What is the meaning of life? You WILL find these answers, and it will delight, amaze, and astonish you—giving you thrills beyond your wildest imagination!

As a way shower and spiritual guiding healer, I am committed to helping people in their own transformation. FILLING YOURSELF WITH SPIRIT

During these times of political and economic uncertainty, we can feel unstable. There is an undercurrent of change moving through us that shakes us up and makes us feel uneasy or unsettled. I believe that these feelings are stimulated by the eroding foundation of our society’s institutions which are now being stressed by many factors, and the result of this is that we feel unsettled in ourselves. There is an antidote for this, and it is found in Spirit.

Spiritual energy is potent and nourishing to our bodies and minds. Just as we need food to give us fuel to operate our bodies, our minds need spiritual energy to bring us those endownments of Spirit that we have come to recognize as valuable in human life: peace, love, joy, forgiveness, tolerance, understanding, patience, kindness, and compassion. During this time of great unrest and change, we feel a hunger or thirst that cannot be satisfied with food or drink. Yet sometimes we turn to these familiar substances to fill the void we feel, and I believe this is one of the reasons that we are seeing such a high degree of compulsive and self-abusive addictive behaviors with not only food but other things such as drugs, alcohol, gambling, shopping, etc. We are trying to fill the void in our lives with substances that have no real capacity to nourish us; they give us empty thrills that wear off quickly and let us no better for wanting.

So where do we turn for a better alternative? In going within ourselves and finding that place of lack, it is simply a matter of asking Spirit to begin to fill you with what you need. Are you lonely and longing for human companionship? Are you tired and stressed out because you have too many responsibilities? Are you overwhelmed with debt? Are you self-critical because you don’t like the way you look? All of these are signs of spiritual impoverishment because they speak to a life out of balance. Spirit answers these needs and brings in what you require to stabilize yourself emotionally so you are led to the answers and solutions to your life’s problems.

How does this work you might ask? It is simple. By spending a few moments breathing deeply into your heart center, you will feel your body relax. Then when you are relaxed, ask God to open your heart and fill you with the feeling of love, peace, forgiveness, patience, or whatever you need to help you cope with life. Wait and continue to breathe until you feel more centered or stable. Practice this faithfully every day and you will notice that you are discovering the internal resources in yourself to finding the solutions to your problems by being filled with more faith, courage, strength, and hope to continue moving forward. It really is this simple!

Where people give up too soon is because they feel discouraged in being confronted with painful feelings or thinking nothing is happening in the timeframe you expect. Let go of these expectations and feelings and trust. Trust, trust, trust, trust and trust. This is the vital part of the process as Spirit continually moves in your filling every void in the smallest nooks and crannies of your body and mind. Spirit reveals the places in you that are deficient by helping you feel these painful or uneasy feelings, not to punish or hurt you, but to show you that here is where you need the kiss of LOVE to soothe your soul.

Allow Spirit to fill you by relaxing into your breath and asking to be filled with what you need. As you practice this over and over, time and again, you are actually being woven into a new being as the spiritual threads of love and peace are added into your present life fabric. Soon you will feel a newness or satisfaction that wasn’t there before, and this is your signal that you are getting what you really need. All feelings of being devoid and hurt are healed by Spirit. Will you allow the hand of God to enter into your mind and body and give you the balm that will soothe you to your core?

MESSAGE FROM MONJORONSON—A NEW REVELATION OF TRUTH

The world stands ready to receive a great light. In preparation, the mortal souls of this planet must be prepared. The truth that wishes to come forth emerges out of the ashes of lies, greed, poverty, deprivation, and a willfulness by many who are in power to consciously subvert the divine plan and the ways of God on earth.

The mortals of the world must be willing to embrace this truth. And the attitude in people’s hearts must be of compassionate understanding and forgiveness for those who have perpetrated the great deception of the ages time and time again amongst the slumbering souls who have not seen the light of truth.

The time is coming when people must choose how they will respond to the truth-light shining upon the world. When people see the gross distortion and epochs of deception rising out from the shadows, will they respond with anger, judgment, and condemnation of those who have perpetrated this deception? Or will they respond with forgiveness and love and understanding? For the truth-light can only shine in the environment of love.

Those who would wish to condemn the perpetrators of the great deception will not be participating in the unfolding of the divine plan. It is only those who are willing to embrace and administer forgiveness in their hearts to those who have deceived them – their leaders, their heads of government, economic, scientific and religious institutions – that will allow the light of truth to blanket the earth. There are many who have been involved in the great deception, and each individual must choose how he and she will respond to that which they see of the truth.

This is not an easy thing to ask of mortals of this realm for the pain in the human heart is great. And the deception has been grossly used against humanity to keep people in spiritual bondage. But those who are in bondage must find it in their hearts to forgive so they can remove the shackles themselves and emerge into the light of truth, whose love renews and replenishes the starving human soul.

What role will forgiveness play in this decision? Let it be the cornerstone so that the truth can prevail on this world and the light shine more brightly. It is this desire for forgiveness that will bring the great truth to bear on the planet. We, the keepers of the truth, are waiting to shine this light with immense universal power, and to wield its might into the very depths of human misery, and free all of the residents of this world from all of the epochs of deprivation.

No longer is humanity destined to live in squalor, in shame, in guilt. No longer is the human heart to be bound in fear and to be repressed with lies. No longer is the human mind to be fed with inadequacies of truth and false beliefs. The truth is ready to shine. Prepare yourselves. Receive the forgiveness of the heavens, and set yourselves free.

SPIRITUAL HEALING (excerpt from "Teach Us To Love")

Healing is the gift of your Spiritual Parent. It is bestowed by grace to each child when there is a sincere and faith-filled desire to follow God’s ways. While it can be helpful just to understand that you are designed to live in a state of harmony in accordance with universal law, achieving this state of balance is a lifelong process that gradually unfolds as you become increasingly God-conscious. Healing is the step that corrects what is out of balance to bring it back to a state of grace.

The Divine Plan contains certain laws of functioning for spirit, mind, and matter. And it is Spirit’s desire for you to achieve great health and happiness by functioning in accordance with these laws. You are composed of spiritual, mental, and physical matter and energies that have been designed by the highest intelligence and power – your Spiritual Parent. Each component of your being is designed to function in unison with the other two; each must be nourished with the proper fuel if it is to maintain this delicate state of balance between spirit, mind, and matter. Conversely, ignoring one or more elements of God’s wholistic plan creates an imbalance that can potentially deteriorate your entire state of being. When diseases of the body, mind, and spirit occur, there are means of correction and restablization to restore good health. In seeking healing, it is important to begin at the spiritual level. It is not God’s wish for you to experience these isolating feelings: they are human-created. They may be ameliorated by human love, but they cannot be eliminated by anything other than God’s love. To receive spiritual healing is simply a matter of asking for it; it is automatically bestowed by grace. Yet you may unconsciously have blocks that impede the full reception of complete spiritual healing. But God sees what your heart longs for and wants to grant your request. Your Divine Father/Mother sees what you cannot. You are a pearl of great value underneath your pain, shame, and despair. Ask God to find the valuable treasure that you are and release it from underneath the layers of painful experiences. Devotedly will your Spirit cover you with the greatest healing balm in the universe – unconditional love. With new eyes, you will see yourself as God sees you. This is the beginning of spiritual healing, and it is available to everyone, regardless of how undeserving you may think you are.

Spiritual healing has stillness at its heart; communion with God activates it. Healing continues with each moment spent in the stillness. This is the time to feed your soul. Daily spiritual communion significantly diminishes any disconnection from God you may feel. It augments your faith to know with increasing assurance that you are a beloved child of a very compassionate, affectionate, and merciful Spiritual Parent.

FEELING ANXIOUS OR ACHY?

Well, there is good reason. The influence of Spirit is rising on the planet! Yet with this wonderful event unfolding all around us comes a little discomfort. So if you are experiencing mood swings, feelings of depression, anxiety, isolation, abandonment, anger, or if you have a number of physical symptoms such as aches and pains that seem to move over your body, insomnia or strange body sensations, you are not alone. Also, you might be experiencing thoughts about your life purpose and seeking new ways of fulfillment. At this time of planetary transformation many people are experiencing similar occurrences. Allow me to share my perspective with you about this.

As spiritual energy comes into the planet, it enters the minds and bodies of all living things and it fills them with the substance of SPIRIT. SPIRIT contains everything that is true, good, and beautiful and through its many vibrations and energy waves has the power create new thought and feeling patterns inside of us. Spirit is a substance that adds rejuvenation into us when we consciously ask for its power to heal us.

The consequence of this is that the old patterns inside of us that might carry memories of pain and suffering are pushed to the surface of our minds and bodies, creating all sorts of tension and confusion. No wonder we sometimes might feel like we are going crazy! We are literally losing our old minds, and this disruption can be very disorienting for awhile. Especially to someone who may not be aware of the planetary changes that effect all of us, these energies are new and it takes time for our being to adjust to them. If we can stay the course the new patterns coming in will give us much happiness and joy and renew our entire being. Our minds are being renewed with something quite wonderful and exciting.

So what can we do during this time of spiritual change on the planet? I believe there are many things we can do to facilitate these changes. The first is to accept what is happening and to view this with cheerful good humor knowing that we are being cleansed from the inside out. To be non-judgmental of yourself and what you are going through helps you distance yourself emotionally from thinking that you are unworthy or being punished as the old patterns are right in the forefront of your feelings. These are false self-images that are leaving your mind and body and are there for you to acknowledge and release.

From a physical standpoint, drinking lots of pure water, eating living foods like fruits and vegetables, exercise, rest, and meditation will help us stay the course and allow the body to do what it needs to further its healing. This is a process that will take time—there is no pill to take to short-cut what is happening.

Also, spiritual support is vital at this time: bringing in the higher energies of Spirit will lay the sturdy foundation for all of the changes being made within you to grow strong and vibrant. This can be accomplished through your intention, meditation, and spiritual healing and energy work. These prepare both body and mind to contain the higher energies that stimulate healthy thoughts and feelings. Think of it as being fed with spiritual food as the nourishment your soul needs that will reverberate throughout your entire system.

As a healer, I have been through this process and continue to explore what it means as I bring in my own new patterns based on Spirit’s love for me. CHOOSING

Free will—the endowment of Spirit to make choices is a powerful tool for us to use to craft our reality. We often take this gift for granted because it affects us in such little ways, such as making the decision to get out of bed in the morning or in choosing what to wear or what to eat.

Yet, when we apply free will to our inner life—the world of thoughts and feelings, we often do not use this gift appropriately. Instead we succumb to the negative thoughts and feelings that we carry around with us that weigh us down and suck all of the joy out of life.

In my role as a spiritual healer, I began to see a pattern in my life and in others who came to me for healing. I began to understand that our mind—the domain of our thoughts and feelings—is tapped into a planetary consciousness that is full of pain and suffering. I also learned that the realm of Spirit contains everything that is good, beautiful, and true, and that our minds can be encircuited into spiritual energies that feed our minds with those qualities of Spirit that enliven and ennoble life: joy, forgiveness, love, compassion, kindness, understanding, wisdom, and many others. These energies actually antidote the poisons we experience from our planetary mind.

I began to see how we live is a matter of choosing: being in the planetary mind of suffering; or choosing to be in the realm of goodness and truth, and then acting from that place. It is a simple decision, but one we must make time and time again and again until all of the old and negative thought and feeling patterns are coated in spiritual energy and power. It is something that increasingly happens with each choice for goodness, love, forgiveness, and understanding. It is the time element that we must make peace with as this process unfolds over the course of weeks, months, and years. Asking for and receiving patience gives us the tools we need to stay the course.

Clearing the mind of all obstacles to Spirit is the first decision to make. Then having the patient long-range approach to being made over by Spirit takes you on the adventurous journey of excavating the inner world to uncover the precious jewel you are in the core of your being. Free will then becomes the most powerful tool of transformation, one that will lead you to happiness, joy, and fulfillment.

COMING TO KNOW YOUR DIVINE PARENTS

You are a beloved child of perfect Parents of Spirit, who know you intimately and accept you just the way you are. You live in their universal home; you are growing your perception of who you truly are.

Just as the child gains independence from their human parents by maturing, so are you gaining more life experience and coming to understand the world in which you live. There are times when the world will not seem to make sense, or you will perceive circumstances as painful or difficult. That is the time to run to your Divine Parents and ask for their loving help and guidance to bring meaning and understanding into what you experience.

Just as your human parents have raised you, so do your Divine Parents bring you up in their home of the universe. However, your Divine Parents are the PERFECT parents, they will help you with any problem you have and give you all of the love you need. The challenge is to first believe this is true, and then to gain the trust you need to accept their influence in your life. And there are numerous factors why this connection between human child and Divine Parents has been so difficult to achieve a satisfying relationship.

One of the most significant reasons is that the spiritual energy on this world has been blocked for millennia due to our world straying from the Divine Plan (for more information see Planetary Awakening at www.ctrforchristcon.org). We have not been hard-wired for spirit as our Parents intended because of this, yet their love for us is unwavering. Now the spiritual energy is pouring over this world, inviting people to open their hearts to the gentleness of their love in order for their influence to be felt in mind and body. Just the mere interest in having a relationship with your Divine Parents is enough to begin the flow of spiritual energy into your heart to jump-start the process.

Another factor: Based on the diminished spiritual energy that has affected us for so long, our relationship with our human parents has not given us the love we need from the beginning of our lives, since they have their own inner pain and problems. And many people have suffered great abuse from their human parents, so there is an innate mistrust to open to the Divine Parents for help. This is an emotional block that also has implications in the physical body, and it takes the trust bond to be restored so the flow of love can proceed smoothly from Divine Mother and Father into you. If this is the case for you, ask for the bond to be restored as you sit in meditation. Place your attention on your heart center and ask for trust to fill your being. Quietly breathe while this is moving into you. Notice anything negative that comes up, and ask for your Divine Mother and Father to re-pattern this for you.

While what I am presenting is greatly simplified for this web article, the healing work of the Center for Christ Consciousness repairs the damage caused by the human parents, and restores a loving relationship between you and your Divine Mother and Father. It is not so important to know what has created this rift between you and your spiritual birthright as it is to know that healing and restoration of your spiritual legacy is possible—to feel the love you so deeply crave in your core.

Soul healing is the journey into reclaiming the love that is yours as your loving Mother and Father of Spirit take you into their arms and embrace you in the perfect love that washes away years of abuse and pain. IMPRINTING UPON THE DIVINE NATURE

The body as a recording being

Our bodies and minds are giant recording devices, receiving overt and subtle impressions from various sources—people and ideas. We absorb what people think and how they act toward us are in both our mind and bodies. Whether it is thought or behavior, we receive the energies given off by other people and they imprint into our minds and bodies. This shapes how we think, feel, and act. Much of our own thoughts and behaviors is influenced by the imprinting from our families—our parents, siblings, and extended relations. As we develop we are more consciously influenced by our peers and culture, and the impressions sink deeper into our being.

Much of what we imprint upon stems from years and centuries of tradition, beliefs, and mores. And most of these impressions are unconscious yet they affect how we think and feel about ourselves. When we are treated with unkindness, anger, or other destructive emotions, and when our beliefs foster feelings of unworthiness or isolation, we create thought patterns that have negative repercussions in our minds and bodies and can even create disease.

This is unhealthy for us, and there must be an antidote or a better way to overcome our negative imprinting. I believe that it is an imprinting upon SPIRIT that changes things within us.

What does it mean to imprint upon the divine?

The nature of Spirit is so vast and all encompassing that we can relate to it in human ways. There is an aspect to Spirit that can relate to us as both Spirit Father and Spirit Mother—perfect parents whose nature is something we can actually imprint upon. Unlike our human parents and families whose affection for and knowledge of us is limited by their own abilities, understandings, and can sometimes cause us pain, our Spirit Parents’ capacity to know us and fill us with what we need is perfect, divine, eternal, and infinite. They know us better than we know ourselves. They love us more devotedly than we could ever love anyone.

They have the ability to shower their love and care upon us through spiritual circuitry that has been hard-wired into us through our system of consciousness. They can imprint their loving nature upon us and fill in the gaps from what we have been deprived of throughout our lifetime. They compensate us for whatever we lack by sending loving feelings and information into our minds and bodies.

There is a constant stream of their Spirit into us, and it is available to us when we turn our intention to asking for their imprinting to flow into us. When we focus our attention in a quiet state of mind, we receive what we need to make us feel loved, secure, whole, and alive.

In time, as we develop the habit of imprinting upon the divine, all of our negativity becomes embraced in the spiritual energies of love, forgiveness, compassion, peace, and joy. The awareness of these within the mind and body gives the whole being a chance to relax, rest, re-pattern, and rejuvenate the mental habits and physical workings. This is essentially the transformation process, and it happens over time when you come to your Spirit Parents and ask for them to make you new.

Benefits of the divine imprinting

How does being free from fear and anxiety sound? How about a renewed sense of wholeness and connection to something wonderful? Since the divine nature is that of perfect love and goodness, you receive more and more of the qualities of peace, compassion, kindness, joy, forbearance, empathy, tolerance and forgiveness. Essentially you are building your God-self, and coming increasingly into your own unified nature—divinely human.

Shaping your personality around this level of imprinting means that your sense of self improves. Banished from your emotions and thoughts are those energies of abandonment, deprivation, anger, and guilt. What replaces those old negative sentiments is a revitalized sense of purpose, creativity, and the freedom to try different avenues of self-expression. Life becomes exhilarating instead of being a drudge or chore. Your adventure unfolds in new and dynamic ways as you watch new talents and abilities come to life.

Spiritual Development—The Essence of Change

In my work as a spiritual healer, I am confronted with change every day. I see people whose lives have been wracked by economic instability, major illness, addictions, relationship problems, loss of family and friends. One of my roles is to re-stabilize the person whose life has been turned upside down by change, and to help that individual become centered in a powerful force that establishes a dynamically alive new foundation in something solid and unshakeable, no matter how much life changes around him or her.

My observation of the process of healing spiritually involves looking at how the external forces of life converge around us: the people we meet, the situations we find ourselves in, the choices we make. These circumstances effect so much of how we think and feel about our selves and our world, and yet it is the internal world of our thoughts and feelings where we live. The goal of spiritual healing is to build our internal worlds in something so nurturing, safe, comfortable, and secure that we cannot be affected adversely by what is happening all around us.

This leads us into spiritual development—the inner life—and it is orchestrated by a magnetizing drawing power that brings people into an experience of LOVE and a personal relationship with the SOURCE of love. The journey into love allows a substance into the human mind and body that naturally triggers change. This substance is SPIRIT, and the path into it is one of growth and certain change: positive awakening and enlivening change occurs as the Spirit creates within the mind and body the conditions which make it possible for an individual to come into a partnership with everything good, beautiful, and true that exists within reality.

The Tension of Change

An observation of the healing process is that most people look at change as scary or unwelcome. Change is not something that we naturally embrace and look forward to. I believe this is because there is an unknown component to change and it fills us with fear. We are so used to living in the future, projecting endless “what ifs” into our thoughts, trying to control an outcome we cannot see, and this has a tremendous effect on how we process the change.

This speculation of the future can create doubt, fear, confusion, and despair during the experience of change. What is felt in both body and mind causes undue stress that actually can make the change difficult and even painful. The body absorbs the stress and physical vitality diminishes, and sometimes disease sets in. There has got to be another way to handle change, I believe, or at least another way to look at change.

There is a spiritual component to change, and this is where we find the answer to handling change with a positive attitude, turning dread of change into joy of exploration of the unknown and trusting in a better future. This, to me, is where handling discomfort shifts into character strength rather than frailty.

Trying to understand the outcome of the change before it actually happens takes us into a tailspin of worry and doubt. I propose that this is exactly what creates unwanted mental stress. My observation is that this kind of thinking and feeling goes against the way the mind naturally wants to operate based on the nature and laws of Spirit. We hurt ourselves and cause ourselves pain because we try to ascertain an outcome that may or may not come to realization. It is an expenditure of mental energy that diminishes our ability to live in the present moment, that NOW place where we access spiritual energy that makes our lives more serene and powerful.

Peace during Change

We get spiritual fuel for our journey into change; it is called faith. This wonderful gift from our Source is the promise that all things work to the greater good of the individual and humanity. When we live in faith, we are essentially accepting that change is the nature of life; we accept what is happening as we move toward the outcome. We trust that everything will work out right. With this assertion in mind, allowing the natural events to unfold more as an observer of the change makes our journey into change easy, gentle, and peaceful. At this time of great personal and planetary transformation, adopting this frame of reference will be highly beneficial so your change becomes more of an adventure rather than a dreaded chore.

I have witnessed first hand in the people who receive healing that their faith is bolstered to take them into the change with courage and strength. They get connected to a spiritual Source to nourish them as they change for the better. During a healing session,I lead them into a relaxed state of mind and teach people to focus on the present moment, rather than spinning their mental and emotional wheels in future speculation and worry. When the mind is calm, emotional turmoil yields to a secure tranquility that accompanies you through the change with grace and hope. Thusly, the body is more flexible and moves more fluidly.

Another benefit of having faith through change is your ability to handle life’s problems becomes more mature and courageous. The outer circumstances might be the same, but your ability to handle them improves. Effective problem solving at this level becomes more creative and mentally stimulating. And we receive LOVE and PEACE from Spirit to achieve great progress in our self-awareness and love for others. The more we learn to accept what is happening and embrace faith during change, the more we learn to love life—the discovery of our potential through experience, and the happier we become.

WORLD’S PROBLEMS NEED A SPIRITUAL SOLUTION

Today we are confronted as never before with occurrences around the world instantaneously. We are never far away from war, poverty, disease, greed, corruption, terrorism, and abuse. Our media makes sure that we live in fear of all these problems and does its best to make us aware of horror upon horror, which successfully desensitizes us into a state of, at best, complacency and, at worst, despair. When does all of this change so that we can tackle these problems with real solutions?

I believe that the answer lies within ourselves individually, and that our sole efforts have a ripple effect in the greater world—our communities, our nations, and our planet. Changing the world must come from within. But what is the catalyst for change and how do we allow ourselves to be changed from within?

There is something within our core that is always striving to attain higher and greater levels of understanding and achievement. Call it spirit, a higher consciousness, or the urgings of our divine nature, there is an innate propulsion leading us into a realm of exploration and creation that is purposeful and well-orchestrated. The secret to human life is to open to this and learn to trust where it is guiding us. Each man, woman, and child has this within, and now the inner call is awakening us to listen and follow its guidance.

This inner voice has the solutions for all of the problems and challenges we face in life. This inner guidance has our best interests at heart: if we follow it we will be led into a realm of peace and beauty, love and goodness that gives our life new meaning and value. The added benefit is that it makes us better planetary citizens because we begin to perceive our lives in context with others. This moves us toward life work focused on the betterment of humanity and our beautiful planet.

The great secret is how to access this inner place and to cultivate it with a trustful attitude.

ACCESSING AND TRUSTING THE INNER VOICE

Many layers of mind chatter interfere with accessing the inner voice; many emotional issues and intellectual beliefs impede the voice of higher wisdom and guidance to gently inlay perfect answers into your awareness. The first step in opening to your inner guidance is to first, want this to become a part of your life, and then to ask for the inner voice to begin to communicate with you.

Cultivating a regular practice of stilling your mind through various techniques of guided imagery or meditation will give the inner voice more room in your mind to share the information necessary to handle your life’s circumstances. It is safe to trust this inner wisdom, and more than that, to come to allow your thoughts yield to the deeper currents of higher information that is sourced in the inner voice.

Trust seems to be very difficult for us to achieve. Trusting an inner voice that seems faint or insignificant to hear be difficult and frustrating at times. We are not trained to trust our inner leadings nor are we trained to go within to get all of the answers we need to successfully handle life. However, there is something within us that divinely and perfectly guides us if we want to make that first step of faith.

Think of the inner voice as a Thought Adjuster: it takes the thoughts you think and puts a higher “spin” or perspective onto it. Ask for each thought you think to be brought before your inner voice and ask for the highest wisdom or perspective to be inlaid into your mind. This will give your wonderful guide the room it needs to speak into your awareness about the best way to handle a life situation. In time you will see that the outer circumstances of your life begins to conform around the inner information you are receiving.

This is a process that takes time to yield the fruits of happiness and lasting peace, a sense of life purpose and fulfillment that are the cornerstones of success. Listening to the inner voice is the start of living your life according to higher principles. Ultimately, it will make you a more conscious planetary citizen ready to give your talents in service of world improvement.

The challenges of our world are best met with one person at a time opening to the inner voice. Healing spiritually allows the internal environment of your thoughts and feelings to come into alignment with your inner voice. The inner voice speaks LOVE and PEACE into your inner core as you are built in a new substance that attracts good things to you.

Spiritual healing allows more room in your mind to receive for the best information to guide your life; it fills you with safety and comfort and can soothe all of the emotional and mental turbulence that affected your life adversely. This level of correction is your innate gift if you are open to stepping up to receive. It is always given when you ask. But it is a process as each negative or hurtful thought or experience you have had in life is lovingly healed over time. The pace quickens with your passion to receive healing and your trust that you are deserving of this. The more faith you have produces better results.

Opening the Eyes of Your Heart

There is a quiet evolution moving on this world. It is in the realm of the HEART and it is silently awakening each man, woman, and child into a greater reality of love and goodness, truth and beauty.

There is a pulse of SPIRIT that is moving within the human heart, gently calling each individual to feel and see with another set of senses. Spirit calls deeply within and asks us to be willing to see the world with our heart’s eyes in addition to the eyes of our body. This heart-centered pair of eyes allows something greater than our own individuality to observe what is happening on the planet and offers alternative ways to view the problems of our world from a higher vantage point.

The problems of our world will not be solved by political or social reforms. The problems are too numerous and inter-connected to be addressed by the minds of humans who only see the world through the eyes of the body. It is opening to the SPIRIT within and activating the heart’s eyes that will change the world. It is the SPIRIT’s objective to heal and nurture through the glorious power of LOVE; when we open our heart’s eyes we allow the energies of SPIRIT to heal all things within us that contribute to the ongoing problems of the world. And when we heal individually, we change the environment of our overall planet.

We all have been victimized by life on this world; yet we are all solely responsible for our own healing. SPIRIT makes healing possible through the connection we have within our hearts. Can we step up and ask for our healing? It is always given to us when we allow our hearts to open and to ask SPIRIT to see through us. Healing is the gift we receive when our hearts yield to the flow of LOVE that SPIRIT infuses through us. Step up and receive yours.

Receiving the Gift of Healing

It is each person’s birthright to become spiritually alive—whole and healthy, and living the life you were born to live. The gift of healing of the spirit and soul is always given when a person sincerely and openly asks for it. My role as a healing facilitator is to help you hold the space within for SPIRIT to heal the wounds within the mind and body that trouble and perplex you. Essentially, I work as a faith healer, to maintain the faith that is required for true soul healing to occur.

Faith is the prime ingredient in true healing: faith in the fact that you are loved by SPIRIT beyond all measure and that your well being is of utmost value and importance. If your faith is timid or wavering, I will keep the focus on your healing so the maximum amount of SPIRIT can be built into your soul. Over and over does SPIRIT weave truth, beauty and goodness into your mind and body, inlaying the threads of light between the shadows of despair, isolation, fear, unworthiness that create internal emotional turbulence.

As a healer, I act as the conduit for spiritual energy to move through you, isolating the area of pain of soul and body and focusing divine love and light onto the wound. Everything is correctible through SPIRIT’s love and it is faith that opens the door and creates the environment for true healing to occur. If you faith needs bolstering, I will assist you by holding the intention for your faith to become intensified. As you receive the divine gift, you will grow your own faith to the end that you become your own healer. As a facilitator of healing, I help you find the power within yourself to chart the course of your own healing. It is my joy to help you in this way, and one that gives me great delight as one more person begins to find their true self.

Healing the Heart

The clients who come to me for healing are all on a spiritual journey; some of them have had major life challenges, some have debilitating physical illness, and all are moving toward attaining a deeper satisfaction in their lives. They have awakened to their heart’s calling and have come to appreciate that life can be lived without pain, fear and sorrow.

This is SPIRIT’s desire for us, and those who have availed themselves of my services have found new strengths and ideas for their lives to be built upon. The foundation of their lives have shifted onto something very secure and steadfast, and each person comes away with a renewed sense of purpose and identity; the feelings of insecurity and unworthiness have yielded to power and value, courage and commitment as they gently discover their true heart’s calling.

Soul Healing: Journey to the Heart of Healing

What is the soul?

Within each of us is a seed that grows with each thought of love, with each feeling of sweetness, with each act of goodness.

This is your soul, your true self living deep inside of you. You actually absorb or imprint upon divine love flowing from your Source and Center. As a human, you were designed to grow into your divine nature your evolving soul through your every day living experiences.

Our minds are conduits through which spiritual information and feelings flow. Each of us is a vehicle that receives imprinting from the spiritual level of reality, and our consciousness expands to this higher plane. As you open to the inner yearnings seeded inside your soul, you allow the expansive nature of Spirit to fill you with love and light, changing how you think, feel, and act.

What is soul healing?

Soul healing is the journey to the heart of healing. To find your true self to tap into your soul is to go beyond the resistance and pain deep within your being, and to ask for the source of love within to expand all deeply embedded obstacles of the psyche into light. Gently all of the crusty layers of a false self-image respond to the saving energies of Spirit. Spirit brings in new energies of radiant glorious light that builds you into a new substance like itself: pure Spirit. The new strands of energy change the environment in the consciousness of the body, constructing a new language into the structure of DNA. Little by little do we become anew; truly are we then born of the Spirit claiming more and more of our divine birthright to be children of God.

Healing of the soul is a vital step to opening the door to your divine self. There are barriers within your being that obscure your true self. Some of them are beliefs about who you are, such as believing you're a bad person because you make mistakes or misjudgments, or having feelings of unworthiness. Whatever the barrier is, in soul healing this is gently absorbed and eliminated by Spirit’s pure love.

What will I experience with soul healing?

You will experience entering into the union of self and divinity: the human being fully embracing the radiant light that is Spirit.

Soul Healing is tapping into your divine nature and lovingly cooperating with the wisdom and guidance of the Source Within that leads the way to the Spirit the Center of all creation.

Soul healing is the gentle exfoliation of your harmful memories where Spirit embraces each painful experience with love, cleansing any reminders of the past with a purity of light that absorbs each morsel of negativity. It is the chamber of love within a person’s inner Spirit that has the capacity to heal every memory, feeling, thought, and experience.

It is activated by the sheer willingness to unlock the seed soul and claim one’s inner divine nature essentially taking back who you truly are from the clutches of past experiences that created a false sense of self feelings of unworthiness, isolation, abandonment, guilt, and shame.

Soul healing is first step on the path of reclamation of your true self and becoming a reflection of pure Spirit. It is the path to find all the love, light, truth, beauty and goodness you need to be successful. It is your birthright to claim this and it all lies deep within you. The journey to the heart of healing begins within, and spirals outward to transform your life.

My own heart healing began when I tapped into the sounds deep within my being. These were the sounds of love that my soul began to speak to me—the awareness of who I truly am. For many years I was had covered myself in ideas of what other people wanted me to be; ideas of what our culture says we should be. Working in jobs that were unfulfilling because they brought in a paycheck, staying in a marriage that lost its connection because of family obligations, living according to society rules and standards kept my life in an state of abject misery.

Once I started listening to my heart by going within to a state of “stillness” I gradually heard a deeper voice resonating within. Over the course of several years I began to re-discover who I was as a child—my passions, my interests, my talents. I felt a stirring that was both energizing and confirming my deepest longings that gave new meaning and value to my life. And it was very healing. In time, I discovered my self again, and this self was creative, innovative, and a pioneering spirit that loved to help people grow into Spirit.

When I started to understand the healing process, I began to understand why I had blocked my true self for many years. My heart was a place of great sensitivity, and the pain I caused myself had been created over the course of my lifetime due to many factors of family and culture. I defended my heart from pain, and in doing this had, unknowingly, disconnected me from my true self. In my self healing I sat in the pain within my heart and allowed myself to feel defenseless. And a miraculous thing happened! The hand of Spirit came in and began to feed me with love, peace, forgiveness, and a deeper understanding of what had happened to me. I began to see myself and the world and its pain from a different pair of eyes. I was being healed.

I now know that heart healing is the place where one’s soul attains freedom. In going into your heart, all of the passions of your true self can find their way out into the world as the deepest part of you—your Spirit bursts forth and sings the song of life. My goal in life is to bring this message of heart healing to the world, and to offer a helping hand to those who need a friend to walk with them through their own healing into their true selves. Go into your heart by feeling its beating. In this sacred place is a voice of Spirit that has a special song of love just for you. Let the rhythms of your heartbeat take you on a journey deep inside the core of your being where all of the goodness and beauty that you are lies in wait. Wait. Wait. Feel your heartbeat. Feel your pulse get stronger as you relax into your heart.

Your Spirit lies within. Here is where all of your potential waits for you to say “yes” to bring it out into the world. It is safe to do this. It is right to do this. And you will free yourself from fear and pain when you say “yes!” Your Spirit will walk with you past pain, past fear, past loneliness, past isolation, past guilt, past shame, past rejection, past abuse when you relax deeper and deeper into your heart.

You are not alone anymore. There is a source of Love deep within you in the sacred Spirit place within your heart. Sit in your heartbeat. Allow the pain to melt away. Your Spirit knows how to guide you through to the past to a beautiful abundant, radiant life. Relax into your heartbeat and you will find the joy and peace your soul craves—your true self.

Soul Healing & Christ Consciousness

I have been immersed in a life long pursuit of the ways of Spirit. From my early childhood I sensed something invisible that I could not name, but now have come to understand as spiritual presences. I was always on a search for God and wondering how things worked in the universe.

My early religious training was in the Lutheran church and I studied the Bible during my formative years. Upon reaching adolescence I began to question my earlier religious training more deeply, and in 1975 I was introduced to The Urantia Book, which satisfied my intellectual curiosity and spiritual yearning. I moved to Chicago in the early 80’s to become more involved in Urantia-related spiritual pursuits and I was active for many years in Urantia Book study groups and activities in Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; and the San Francisco Bay Area, CA.

In 1991 after suffering a miscarriage of my twins, I began an in-depth inquiry into holistic natural medicine ranging from nutrition, homeopathy, essential oils, flower essences, energy work, reflexology, and spiritual and hands-on healing, and underwent my own expanded study of anatomy and physiology.

As a youth my mother brought me up in a home where we ate organic meats and produce and took nutritional supplements (this was in the early 60’s), and so the ground was then laid for my later exposure and study of these types of healing approaches, which fully blossomed in the early 1990’s. This study led me to begin practicing hands-on healing on my family and friends who were willing to experiment.

Concurrent with my interest in energetic approaches to healing, in 1992 I began to participate in the expanded teachings of the Urantia revelation called the Teaching Mission. Celestial teachers began to contact people through a process we called TR’ing (transmitting/receiving spiritual communication) and gave us very practical guidance and encouragement about daily spiritual living and overcoming our mental and emotional handicaps.

Those participating in the Teaching Mission all over the world were apprised that this was part of the planetary spiritual uplift that was occurring to open us humans to the ways of spirit to correct the problems of this world. I was so grateful to participate in this in the early days and to receive the wonderfully simple and applicable lessons of living in the spirit that were given to me and the group that I participated in.

The latest metamorphosis of my personal growth and ministry is to expand the healing scope of the Center for Christ Consciousness and I am now deeply entrenched and devoted to building a model of community is bringing the higher ways of spiritual living to the planet.
